Dr. Kishma Victor is a healthcare executive and consultant with 23 years of healthcare industry experience. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health, Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her extensive background in hospital management and operations include specialties ranging from Emergency Medicine/Trauma, OR, ICU, Mental Health, Women/Children Services, Medical-Surgical, HIV/STDs, forensics, and Public Health.
Dr. Victor is multi-lingual and has utilized her understanding of cultural competency to impact delivery of care. Her unique understanding of Performance Improvement and clinical operations continues to make a profound impact on patient care and service delivery.

Steve Vixamar
Clifford W. Knights and Steve Vixamar, longtime friends and business partners, co-founded IMG Health Clinic in 2014 to provide comprehensive healthcare services to help reduce the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted diseases among Florida's most vulnerable and underserved communities. In 2020, the duo launched IMG Helps, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free healthcare services including education, prevention and intervention along with broader support like life-skills training and housing for Floridians in need.
In March 2023, Cliff and Steve launched HealthyMD, a national end-to-end solution for sexual health testing and treatment that connects patients to live, personalized care — all from the privacy of home. Cliff is the co-founder and chief executive officer and Steve is the co-founder and chief operating officer of HealthyMD.
